AIL Madrid recommends student residences (university residences) for independent students who would like to meet other young students and live in a stimulating and fun environment.


Price includes:

  • Full board accommodation (Breakfast, Lunch + Dinner) – The breakfast includes juice, pastry, toast, and coffee. The lunches and dinners are varied, balanced and healthy.
  • Free all-day access to broadband Internet in every room
  • Phone – There is a phone in every room for incoming calls only
  • Bed linen – Your bed linen is provided to you by the residence and changed every week.
  • Weekly laundry – Every week your laundry is collected, washed and ironed for you.
  • Daily room cleaning – Every day your room is cleaned and your bed is made.

NOTE:  Student Residence is available for periods of four weeks or more during term time (October - June).
A private bathroom can be arranged at the cost of 40€ per week.


General rules:
  • Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 to 11:00, on weekends. Dinner is from 20:30 to 22:00, Monday to Saturday. (Breakfast only on Sundays and bank holidays.) If you can not make the evening meal times, your meal will be kept for you, providing you give prior notice.
  • No drugs or alcohol is allowed anywhere in the building or rooms. Any breach of this rule will lead to immediate eviction.
  • No guests are allowed after 23:00.
  • No noise is permitted after 23:00.

Student Residence Booking Confirmation Deposit: In order to reserve your place in the student residence an upfront payment of one month's rent is required and should be paid at the time of making your booking. On arrival at AIL Madrid, the Booking Confirmation Deposit converts into a Guarantee. This will be returned in a period of less than 7 days following your departure in the same form as it was paid.
