Payment Methods

Before we can confirm your course and/or accommodation bookings, you or your company need to pay a deposit of 200 euros. If you elect to stay in a student residence or require AIL Madrid to send you a visa invitation letter, the deposit required is higher.


Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Deposit


You can pay your deposit through any of the following methods:

 

Debit/credit card

 

Click on the following link (http://www.ailmadrid.com/alt-payment.php) and insert the amount due. You will then be automatically transferred to PayPal, our secure payment  processor. 

The page initially appears in Spanish, but if you select your country in the "Pais" drop down menu, the page will revert back to your native language.  Please then insert your credit / debit card details as requested.

 

Please note, there is a 2% surcharge on debit and credit card transactions.

Please remember to clearly show your name on the bank transfer instruction and fax us a copy of the transfer.

 

AIL Madrid is not responsible for any bank transfer charges. Payment must be received in full – please instruct your bank to remit the full amount with additional funds to cover ALL bank transfer charges.

 

Cheque

 

Either a Euro cheque drawn on a Spanish bank (payable to Academia Internacional de Lenguas Madrid) or a Sterling cheque drawn on a British bank (payable to AIL Madrid Limited).

 

Balance of fees

 

You can pay the balance due on your first day in Madrid by any of the methods outlined above or in cash (Euros only). For security reasons please we do not accept cash payments by post.
