Any bank charges should be paid at your end.

AIL Madrid Guarantees

Visa refusal
If you cancel because of visa refusal, AIL Madrid will refund any fees paid if you send us a copy of the visa refusal letter issued by the relevant Spanish Embassy or Consulate:
If you notify us of visa refusal:
- less than 14 days from the start of your course, we will retain your enrolment fee and one week’s accommodation if with a Spanish family or in a shared flat.
- less than 7 days from the start of your course, AIL Madrid retain the right to retain all amounts paid.

Price guarantee
If you find an equivalent Spanish course at a cheaper price offered by another leading Spanish language school in Madrid, we will happily make up the difference. Our price guarantee applies for a period of 7 days from the date of your enrolment. There are many factors to consider when comparing the merits of Spanish courses offered by different language schools. The AIL Madrid School Director will decide if a course offered by another language school is equivalent to an AIL Madrid course.
