It also forms an important part of cultural expression in the Latin world and is a great way to meet Spanish people and practise the Spanish learnt in class.

Building from experience, we have created the ideal combination of Spanish classes and Latino dances as Flamenco , Salsa, Tango, Sevillanas and others, for all tastes and interests. We pride ourselves in offering what our students want and we are always keen on getting feedback in order to continually improve what we have to offer. We do our best to please and we have not failed so far!

 AIL Madrid’s Spanish course with Dance consists of the following components: Spanish and Dance in Madrid, Spain - 2

  • Spanish language course (20 classes per week)
  • Spanish and Latin American dance (4 classes per week)
  • Dance theory (2 classes per week)

What you will get from the course?


  • 4 classes per week of Spanish and Latin American dance classes  at Madrid’s top dance academies .
  • 2 classes per week of dance theory  to help you understand Spanish and Latin dance culture, history and terminology.
  • Dance classes tailored to your individual interests; you choose the types of dance you want to learn. Salsa , Tango , Sevillana  and Flamenco  are the most popular choices. We also offer and can accommodate virtually any other type of dance such as Bachata, Samba, Rumba, Cha-cha-cha, Merengue, etc.
  • Dance classes taught by professional and experienced dance teachers .
  • Flamenco shows and Salsa nights out
  • Good exercise – return home from your Spanish study holiday not only with improved Spanish language and dance skills, but also fitter!

All dance lessons are interactive, applying modern learning techniques. By the end of the course, you will feel that you have learnt as much as you could possible learn within the duration of your course.

The sizes of the dance classes are limited so that you always receive attention from your teacher. We guarantee that, provided you give it the time and dedication it requires, you will have improved your dancing skills so much you won’t recognize yourself!


Spanish and Dance in Madrid, Spain - 3Dance by Night in Madrid

AIL Madrid organises dance nights out for our dance students. We can arrange excursions to some of Madrid’s most popular and interesting Flamenco. Experience the colour, rhythm, music, passion and dress of Flamenco en directo! Although these are not included in the course price, this is an experience you cannot miss! You haven’t lived a real Spanish dance experience if you haven’t been to at least one Flamenco show in your life!

In addition to that, our dance partners organise nights out to Spanish and Latin dance clubs. There, you can practise all the dances you have learnt in class: Merengue, Cha-cha-cha, Rumba and of course, Salsa! It is also an excellent way to get a feel of Spanish nightlife and socialise with the Spanish people. These nights out are fun, social and can go on until very late – this means a whole night of dancing!
