The course consists of three modules:
Theoretical ELE training: 23 hours of lectures, Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13:30/14:00.
The participants will receive a CD pack with digital files containing ELE materials, free of rights, for you to consult (articles, books, PhD thesis, research reports, educational activitites), which are organized according to the area of subject of the ELE training course (gamificacion in the classroom, observation of classes, emergency tools, Spanish for specific purpose, oral abilities). It is a comprehensive and up-to-date collection of resources for research, reflection, and educational exploitation in the classroom.
Observation of the ELE Classes
This module consists of three elements:
An introductory session which will show the structure of the observation ELE classes.
Observation classes of students from AIL Madrid Spanish language school.
A reunion to discuss and summarize the observation of the ELE Classes.
The course includes observations of two classes on a Thursday morning. However, if the teacher participants would like to, they can choose to observe 2 or 4 classes on a Thursday afternoon.
Cultural program (optional:)
AIL will offer, in the afternoons, the opportunity to participate with other students to workshops and guided visits organized during the week.

As it is a training ELE course with a practical focus, which objective is to be able to apply to the classroom everything that have been learned, the group of participating teachers is going to debate from theorical elements that will be used as guides. This participative methodology allows to expone, share and debate diverse experiences and practices developed by all the participating teaches, the speakers of each theme are going to act as moderators in order to allow the continuity of the debate such as the achievement of conclusions that can be useful in the teaching activity ELE, and especially when talking about the integration of abilities.

At the end of the course, teachers will receive a certificate of attendance for the ELE teaching training course from AIL Madrid. This certifies the 25 hours of the course. The AIL Madrid Spanish Language School for foreigners accredited by the Instituto Cervantes, which meets the standards for the highest quality in teaching of the Spanish language.
