Business Spanish Course by Nacho, Spanish Teacher at AIL Madrid

Hello! I was born into a family of nine children, 41 years ago in Logroño, the capital city of La Rioja, in the North of Spain. La Rioja is known as the ‘birthplace of Castilian’ and famous worldwide for the quality, variety and delicacy of its wines.

Now I couldn´t call myself a true "riojano", if I hadn´t shared a delicious bottle of Rioja with my friends from time to time, could I? I have been living in Madrid for 5 years now, but it has treated me so well that I already consider it home. I especially enjoy strolling along its many parks, losing myself in the labyrinth of Madrid city centre's narrow streets, visiting museums and admiring the art and antiques in the galleries of the Salamanca districts. I always find time for dinner in the latest restaurant hot spot and, of course, explore Madrid’s exciting nightlife scene.
