Hi there!

My name is Rafa and I am responsible for the internship program at AIL Madrid. I will help you adapt to new professional environments and cultural norms and I will show you how to maximize your prospects in the international job market by doing an internship at AIL Madrid!

AIL Madrid has more than ten years of experience in organizing and running Spanish courses as well as finding internships in various sectors and for candidates from all over the world. Our intensive courses, accredited by the Cervantes Institute, offer you the opportunity to improve your language level quickly and efficiently. All our teachers are native and professionals of the national education.
In addition, our internships offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in international companies while promoting your resume. We work with leading companies to provide you with a professional immersion experience and comprehensive support before, during and after your stay, thanks to our AIL Madrid Internship Manager.These are unpaid internships.

Application process for the Spanish and Internship program

  • Contact us to request information about the program.
  • The AIL Madrid Spanish and Internship Program Manager will examine your application carefully, analyzing your CV, your experiences and your motivations.
  • You will take an online Spanish test to get a rough idea of ​​your level.
  • You will receive by mail all the detailed information about the program
  • We will organize an interview with the program manager to answer all doubts and to know your level of real Spanish then you will tell us in which sectors you would like to work
  • We will let you know if you have successfully completed the application process and we will set the dates for the Spanish course and internship

Please note, you will not be accepted onto the program if:

  • you are under 17 or over 28
  • You do not have the language skills in Spanish or English required by the companies
  • You do not have any particular interest in discovering Spain, its language and its culture

Guarantee

If you successfully complete the application process, we will ask you to pay the course fee to ensure your place in the program. Later, you will receive your acceptance letter and we will start organizing your courses and finding the ideal company for you. If we can not offer you an internship in the first three sectors of your choice, you can use your credit to take more Spanish lessons or ask for a refund.
