- Provide timely, personalized, well structured and commercial responses to student queries.
- Inbound telephone / email enquiries oProvide clear, timely, and informative responses to student queries
- Quickly identify student needs Be credible and give knowledgeable (technical) advice (e.g. suitability of accommodation, course contents / descriptions, exam courses.)
- Manage students’ requirements to ensure their experience is optimised
- Ensure all required info obtained from students is communicated appropriately to the different departments
- Issue visa invitation letters
